Booking Terms

When you reserve your spot on the tourist boat Sveti Šime I, you pay a deposit of 20% of the total ticket price for the trip. The remaining balance is paid on the boat on the day of departure.

Ticket prices

The ticket price for adults is €60.00.
The ticket price for children aged 6 to 12 years is €60.00.
The ticket price for children aged 3 to 6 years is €15.00.
The ticket price for children aged 0 to 3 years is €0.00.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a trip cancellation by the seller due to bad weather conditions, the customer will be offered the next available trip date. If the new date is not suitable, the full amount paid will be refunded. If the guest cancels the trip for personal reasons, the deposit is non-refundable.

Electronic Communication

You agree that all communication will take place via email and that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communication we provide electronically meet legal requirements as if provided in writing.

Your Account

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
